Aprentas is a training center for jobs in the chemical industry in Basel. The subject of the implemented course is HPLC metrics, embedded in the e-learning platform “e-prentas”.

The “HPLC metrics” course guides the student interactively through the basic metrics of the chemical method of high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). The course is divided into a dozen learning steps, and each learning step ends with one or two control exercises.

On the one hand, the course accompanies the classroom courses of the training center (blended learning); on the other, the training center sells the course as on-the-job training to chemists and biologists throughout the German-speaking area.
