Number formats
StatiBot accepts both points and commas in decimal
numbers:
3.141 or 3,141
StatiBot tolerates apostrophes as delimiters of groups of 3 digits in
large numbers:
1'024 or 1024
StatiBot understands the exponential representation of numbers:
0.0017 or 1.7e-3
StatiBot accepts long and short minus symbols when data is transferred
from other programs:
-8 or 8
